Mia is an AI companion app operated by FocusForgeApps. This Privacy Policy explains how Mia collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the app, sign in, chat with Mia, or use Mia Premium.

• You can manage Mia Premium subscriptions through your Google Play account.

Child Safety and Age Requirements

Mia is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Users must be at least 18 years old to use Mia. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Mia does not allow content that exploits, abuses, endangers, or sexualizes minors. If we become aware of any content or account activity involving child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation, or endangerment, we may remove the content, disable the account, preserve relevant information where legally required, and report the activity to appropriate authorities.
